Return Policy For Unused Products
Although we ask that you review your purchases prior to placing to limit order issues, we do offer the ability to return product for a refund at your cost. You must reach out to Products team within the 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund of any kind.
Returns can only be made on unused product purchased online. No returns permitted in studio.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To process a return we require the original order number and images of the unused product.
How to Complete A Return:
- Write into products@dekalash.com and provide the following information: Order number, Reason for return, List of what is being returned & Images of products.
- If the return has been approved, Deka Lash will provide you with a return label. Franchisee is responsible for shipping back the item(s) using the return label provided.
- Once our warehouse receives the return they will inspect it to verify everything has been returned and is in resellable condition. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for this.
- Once Deka Lash receives confirmation from the warehouse that your return meets the requirements a refund will be issued via shopify.
Exchanges
Deka Lash does not handle exchanges directly. If you've ordered the wrong product, please start the return process for the item you wish to exchange. You can then purchase the correct item through the Shopify site.
Exceptions
In the event that you received the wrong item or if an item arrived damaged, Deka Lash will collaborate with you to determine the most suitable solution based on the situation.
